Cumulus VS Cumulonimbus

Basically, yes, Lakithulu's cloud can steer itself and move itself. It much prefers him driving, however, and has a difficult time controlling itself due to it being so lightweight. It's very much like a kite. With a string, you can control it well, but by itself, it's at the mercy of the wind. It's also very emotive and makes a lot of dramatic facial expressions to communicate.
